SawControl, a software module for monitoring sawmill equipment.

The “SawControl” software module is an addition to the sawmill automated control system and provides the enterprise’s technologist and mechanic with a convenient tool for monitoring the operation of key equipment components.

Main functions of the program:

1. Saw blade life monitoring: the mileage of saw blades is tracked, ensuring timely repairs/replacement.

2. Rapidly monitor the dimensions of lumber after cutting using a Bluetooth caliper.

3. Convenient hints and recommendations for operators and maintenance personnel on equipment setup.

4. Storage of installation/repair history.
